Features
Sharp GX20 is a world tri-band clamshell style mobile phone. With this phone you are able to create and send your MMS messages containing video, pictures, sound and text to another compatible phone. It is possible to capture and play video clips (including sound) of up to 400 kB on the phone, or via a PC using RealPlayer®.

The phone contains two colour displays, with the small external display being useful as a viewfinder when taking self-portraits. The high-quality internal display screen has 240 x 320 pixels and is capable of displaying 65,536 colours, for the best quality images when viewing your pictures.

The GX20 has a high-resolution 310k pixel integrated CCD camera, and the pictures you take with the camera may be combined with text, music or speech to create a MMS message. Alternatively you may prefer to edit a picture, resize it, and then use it as your own personal wallpaper. The phone has the benefit of a flash/torch for night shots. Pictures may be saved as JPEG format in 3 sizes - 120 x 160, 240 x 320 and 480 x 640 pixels - and you can store up to 173 digital pictures in the phone.

The GX20 supports the use of polyphonic ringtones, which may be downloaded from the Internet or elsewhere, and you can also create your own ringtones using the Melody Editor software provided. The wireless infrared or cable connections may be used to interface with compatible equipment such as PDAs and home computers, to transfer pictures and other files, and to synchronise your personal data.

With its support for JavaTM technology, the phone can download and run Java applications and games from the Internet. The GPRS “always on” connection means that you can surf the Web at anytime using the WAP browser, or send your video clips as attachments to an e-mail. The phone supports access to Vodaphone live!
